Savings enough to sponsor a visitor?

Post by DRS1983 » Sat Sep 28, 2013 9:50 pm

Hi All
Will be grateful if anyone can confirm are my savings account statements sufficient to sponsor a visitor to UK? Do they have to be 6 months? I have statements of £6000. Im employed but been off sick so can't provide payslips. Would the application be declined without payslips?

Applicant has statements of £2500+ and a solid Civil service post in Pakistan, plus family to return to. He wants to visit for one month only.

Thanks

You don't need to be working so the lack of pay slips will not matter. Whether the sums you have cited are adequate really depends on what his intentions are during the visit.
