need advice on finding job and visa help.

Hi All,

I am from Turkey and I'm in IT sector nearly for 9 years. I am working as an IT manager and looking for a job in UK. I search for jobs on sites like monster,reed but as I see all of the companies want that candidates have a valid work permit. So I don't know how is it possible to find a job. Should I find a contract based job like 12 months and then find an umbrella company ? where should I start , can anyone help me about that? Thanks in advance.

hello osalkk, try looking out for jobs in jobserve.com. There are few companies who would prefer sponsoring a visa outside UK. when they post an opportunity they will mention that they accept applications for whom they can sponsor. check below link which is specific for turkish nationals
