ILR in few months time

Post by sheraz_aries » Sun Sep 29, 2013 5:53 pm

I would be applying for ILR in few months time along with one dependant.
Although i know there isnt any maintenance requirement for main applicant or dependant but as mentioned by others I am planning to keep maintenance for 3 months period.

My Question is:

I have two bank accounts, out of which one is joint with my wife.

Would it be okay to show one account statement as evidence to claim salary points while the Joint account to show maintenance funds?

A quick answer would be really appreciated.

There is no maintenence requirement so your question is irrelevent.

I know but just to be in safe side would there be any obligations on using two different accounts?

So if you are choosing to invent scenarios that have no bearing on the reality, you may do as you wish! Stop wasting our time!
