ILR for my dependent

Post by hasankshaik » Sun Sep 29, 2013 7:04 pm

My wife came to UK on Tier 1 dependent on July 2011 with 20 months of visa as my tier 1 visa was valid till mar 2013 ,She Got her extension for 3 years on march 2013 as I got my ILR and she was not eligible for ILR (not completed 2 years cohabitation in uk)

Planning to apply in few months time with following document

1. Life in UK pass certificate
2. Master Degree certificate in Electronics (English medium ) .
3 .Salary slips and Bank statement for 3 months

Cohabitation documents (addressed to both of our names)

1. Gas bills
2. Water bills
3. Council tax bills

Cohabitation documents (addressed separately each of our names)

4. Barclay's current account statement
5. Barclay's e-saving account statement
6. Barclay's saving account statement

Need clarification on few points ,

1. Does my wife needs to take any other exam after Oct 28 , she has life in UK pass certificate and completed her masters in English language?
2. Salary and funds maintenance , can we show both of income for this criteria and is there any minimum salary threshold ?
3. Cohabitation document : I need to submit 6 set of document and does all of them needs to be from different source ? as 3 set of document i am planning to submit are from barclays .[/b]
