SET (M) Queries

Hi All,

My wife got Tier 1 dependant visa in March 2011 and she arrived in UK in October 2011. She applied for FLR(M) application before 09th July 2012 and in december 2012 her FLR(M) application was refused as my ILR was refused and we won the appeal and she got her 2 year spouse visa till july 2015 now.

As she is completed her 2 years (october 2011 - october 2013) in UK she can apply for ILR using SET(M) correct ?

I have booked appointment and have few concerns.

1) we lived in rented house and we don't have any tenenancy aggrement for that house. we have letters ,gp letter, and electrol etc from that address. From last 1 year we are living with our relatives and we do pay rent. But we dont have any tenancy aggrement/utility bills etc. We have only one Joint bank account in our names. Rest we have all different documents like Electrol letter, NHS, GP letter, employer letter , payslips etc. I will take letter from landlord as well that we are living together etc.

Our landlord said she will write the letter saying that we are living with her. will that enough. she dont want to disclose that we pay rent to her as she is on benefits etc. will that be an issue ??

Will these docs are enough to show that we are living on the same address etc ??? if not then what can be done ??


2) please confirm is there any maintenance requirment for set m as she applied for FLR M before 09th july 2012 but got stamped in 15th july 2013 till 15th july 2015.
