Yes. It would be valid. I don't think share holding is considered employment. I don't see why she would need to declare that. The HO could anyway access her tax records directly if they wish.sameeer wrote:A quick question around Section 3 in the application form an (After having read the FAQ):

Also for question 3.2, should I tick Business Partner or Selfemployed ?
And since she does a self assessment for the dividend she receives, I presume we need to mention tax office reference number as well ???
