Got our ILR approved last week, my case was bit different, that’s what I thought…
I was first granted visa Tier 1 G on 20 oct 2008, I first entered on 10 November 2008, didn’t able to find a job till March 23rd 2009, so I left UK, but I got job offer for the interview I attended when I was in UK and returned in July 2009, since then I am employed in the same company with around 30days outside UK, paid holidays a year.
Everything was explained in the cover letter, no questions were asked, and case was approved in 2 hour’s time
