FLR(M) Questions

Hi, I have few questions while I am filling the FLR(M) form:


I have already paid for the premium appointment in full, should I fill the payment details page?

1.13: Passport Issuing Authority? (It is not in the passport)

1.17: Please Give Details of any previous passport covering the last 10 years, including where these are now?

I have 1 expired passport, should I just put the passport number in the filed, and what should I put for where these are now?

6.5 How do you keep in touch with your partner? we live together and keep in touch via phone calls & Texts.

6.9: "Have you lived together permanently in the UK with your sponsor since your last grant of limited leave to remain as a partner?"

I have lived with my partner for the past 3 years but I haven't been on a partner visa. so the answer is no?

Any answers would be massively appreciated.
