Knowledge of Lang & Life in the UK When ILR pre OCT 28

Hi,

I would be grateful on any help regarding this issue, I cannot seem to find a clear answer.

The Situation:
ILR Obtained in 2013, Life in the UK test was provided as Proof of Knowledge of Language and Life in the UK.
No speaking and listening qualification was required as it is before Oct 28 2013 when the rules change.

Now my question is:
I will be applying for Citizenship in late 2014, will I need to do the Speaking/Listening qualification or are the requirements satisfied because I met the requirements for ILR application pre 28 Oct 2013?
