Hello,

My Case hearing is on 10th October. While doing my reaserch on the waiting time for receiving the visa and passport I found out that it can take another 14 weeks. Is that true?

Does anybody have any idea re the time they are taking at present for processing the visa's after the appeal decision?

After the appeal decision, will the passport(case) go the same department for visa as when applied for a Tier 2 general initially?
