Univeristy last date of Enrolment before getting visa

Hello,
can anyone pls help me with the details.
My daughter has applied for MSc in Embedded systems in Leicester univeristy on 27th Septem 2013. Because the visa processing may take atleast 10days, we are not sure whether we can go to uni on 14th October which is the last date for enrolement.
The uni has sent email saying they can't extend few days for enrolement and have asked to enrol before end of 14th October 2013.

Can anyone pls tell me what do we need to do in this situation?Is there any possibility for extension by uni and if not what will happen to the full fees we have paid.

You should approach the university's dean/higher authorities to discuss this problem because almost every university is aware regarding the difficulties an international student can face for getting visa and most often offer some additional days too. Regarding fee which is usually be refundable by excluding some administrative fee if the visa is being refused.

Please email the University again, you have paid alot of money and they need to be considerate.. Some University will allow you to enrol late because UKBA can be erratic when it comes to VISA processing.
