Any timeline limited for citizenship and passport applicatio

Hi
I just got my approval of citizenship
I have booked ceremory in mid nov
I want to leave uk for two months
Can I change the date ?
Or after getting the certificate after ceremory ... Can I apply passport say three months after I return ?

Also can I make passport application in HK with the citizenship certificate
