how to book an appointment?!

Hi guys,

Anyone knows how to check available appointment slots online when applying for Tier 4? It seems that you have to complete online form first, but I can't do that because I haven't got the CAS number yet, in the same time I must book the appointment by the end of next week, so totally stacked.
Is there any way of checking what appointment slots are available?
