Macpro wrote:Umm...You hit the nail on head. RMLT is time consuming and overhead for my new employer, so I am trying to figure out if there is any other way. The RLMT is not a big deal, it takes 28 days and doesn't cost much. If the new employer genuinely wants you they will go through with it.
Last question(hopefully) I have is assume if I get the COS(lets say RMLT passed or used SOC 2135), but Visa is rejected(may it be due to SOC n Job description), do I have to go back to my home country or can I still continue to work with existing employer. If you have valid leave when your application is refused there is no problem continuing to work for your current employer and, if you are eligible, to extend that leave. You can also re-apply if you have a new CoS and address the reasons for the refusal
What are the Risks involved in here if any. If yes, then it sounds like I will have to stall my career progression for at least couple more years and stick to current employer only.
Thank you Manci.

can i apply for different job in HR as my current role is in IT? i need advice on this. many thanks for your reply in advance.
the HR job should be NQF level 6 with appropriate salary, the sponsor has to carry out an RLMT and assign a CoS to you following which you'll need to make a change of employment application.
