Guys I need some advice please.
It is quite complicated but I know somebody will be there to put me in there in the right direction.
I came to UK in 2003 as student. I applied for my Tier 1 extension for the 2nd time back in March 2013 and got refused as they say that they couldn't corroborate the dividends paid into my personal bank account. I have my own explanation for it as being a sole director and sole shareholder of the company. I am confident with my arguments and hope there will be no other issues at the hearing.
Right now the complication is that myself and my partner went back home and got married last October 12. She has been here since 2009 as student and I haven't changed her status as my dependent yet.
Her student visa is expiring in Nov and I would like to take her as my dependent. Now I got qualified for ILR being here for 10LR. I am not sure whether the judge will approve the appeal or postpone the appeal and ask me to send an ILR application or may be grant ILR straightaway (very rare I believe).
If I have been granted Tier 1 general (Appeal approved) then I will apply for ILR straightaway. What form should I need to use to take my wife as dependent while I apply for ILR?
