Question Regarding Investment fund

when we received payments from clients in Business account and make investment of that money. Is this investment will be count or must have to make investment from 50k. Let suppose if we earn 10 K and use 3 k for investment and remaining 47 k in personal account. Is this okey to get points.

Or

Must have to make investment from 50 k from investment funds
