NEW EEA4 Application Forms

Post by Brigette » Wed Oct 02, 2013 2:54 pm

Hello, I see there are new EEA4 Application forms as of 1st Oct 2013. Can we still use the old forms for 28 days after this date?

7.2 If your EEA national family member did not exercise Treaty rights for some or all of this period but were supported by the employment or funds of a family member, or if there are any other periods of time not accounted for in the above table, please give details below. Continue on a separate sheet if necessary and enclose it with this form

I don't think i read that in the old application form. Is it something new?

Does that mean if there is any gap of employment, the applicant (if working or selfsufficient at the time) could just add a cover note explaining that he was the one working at that time and caring for both even if there is no JSA OR CSI?? :?:
GOD BLESS!!!
