Any Headhunters with Tier 2 / SOC Code Knowledge?

I'm nearing the end of my Tier 1 PSW and have just learned that my current job role is not supported for Tier 2 sponsorship. I'm therefore setting out to look for a new job before my Tier 1 expires in February 2014. Does anyone have any experience with any headhunter firms that have some knowledge of sponsorship ins and outs? I'm looking for roles in academic administration at the university level.
