I am Concerned - Please Assist

I applied for Tier 1 extension for me + 3 dependants.

Payment Method - credit card

One of the dependants is a newborn here in the UK - who obv had never had an existing visa to extend however it was my understanding that a newborn can get a visa when applying with the main applicant.

So the concern is that they have deducted 3 Visa fees - NOT 4.

Total of 1545 + 1159 + 1159 ... is there a gap normally in deducting fees - has anyone experienced such a gap before?

My concern is that they will return my Newborn application and will ask to resubmit with a fee of 1545 as a separate application.

Any thoughts please?
