Is sub-contracting Allowed on T1 Entrepreneur - PSW route?

Is sub-contracting Allowed on T1 Entrepreneur - PSW route?

Hi Everyone,

I am an ACCA member and MSc (Finance), but don’t have practicing certificate. While applying for Tier 1 Entrepreneur - PSW 50K route, I want to work as sub-contractor offering services to other practicing ACCA/ICAEW firms through my own company.

Can I do sub-contracting? I mean sub contract work is allowed by home office for Tier 1 Entrepreneur - PSW 50K route or not?

Please help!

As long as the work is above NFQ level 4, you should be safe, whether subcontracting or not
