Hello everyone, so basically i have a long story about my twin sister's visa . Last 3-4 months ago we went to hand-in our student permit visa application at bangkok(Thailand) ,i have a little issue about my visa application hence my sister's information was sent first . A month later the embassy sent an email to her for more information and she didn't quite understand what they want from her, as the letter was asking for something that was quite not possible so she ignored it cuz she can't do anything about it . Then she didn't hear any news about her visa for a while so she went to the danish embassy in Bangkok and they told her that she had to give them more information and that day was exactly the deadline. i did what she told me to do and she handed in the furthermore information that they had been asking for ,Then 1 week later they sent her a refusal email , she was in a deep depression . Times went by and the embassy ask me for the same information , i handed in the right information as i has more time to relax and not freaking out like her case.Not even a week later they approved my visa . My sister is really sad now because she has to appeal the application and it will take 7 months for it . therefore she sent in a new application on the 19 of august ,and the embassy will takes 2 month to decide and we have been waiting for 1month and a half .I tried calling the immigration centre many times , the first and second time they both tell me the same answer "the embassy will takes two month to make a decisions" and the third time which is today i called them and they were asking for a power of attorney letter but i don't understand as i called them for many times but they never ask for it before. The point is ,My school started on the 12 of august , and i also arrived here late whilst my sister didn't even get her visa yet and she is late for 2 months now . can somebody give me some suggestions or help i would appreciate that a lot .
