Whats is Proof of Employement? Dont have payslips?

I have two years work experience but I was working in Local hospital. I was paid cash so this will not show in my Bank Statement. I wasn't even given the payslip - infact our hospital does not give payslips to anyone.

However my employer is ready to give an experience certificate and an apraissal letter which has details about my salary.

Will that be sufficient for FSW?
Does anyone has any format/or specifications what an experience certificate should have?
What other proof can I give of employement?

Any idea about the yearly minimum income?

Your work experience reference must not include salary details.
For salary, you make a separate salary history, get it on employer letter head stamped and signed. Make sure they mention salary was paid cash.

Other proof will be income tax return if you have.
