How soon to naturalise?

A friends wife was on a tier 2 visa May 2011-May 2012 and granted 2 yrs spousal visa May 2012-May 2014. Her husband is a british citizen.

When can she naturalise?

The very next day of getting her ILR (Since she's spouse of a British Citizen)

She must have been resident in the UK for 3 years so perhaps May 2014 which may not be the next day after ILR as she may apply for ILR 28 days before 2 years under FLR(M).
