I will have my citizenship ceremory on 19/11/13
I am consider to enrol a Degree course in 2014 with application of gov loan and grant
Anyone can suggest me should I get passport in hand before application of gov finance ?
Could the admin of this board not really move my new topic I my previous one which is totally different question
I am afraid no one ans

What has this got to do with benefits?

Student finance England usually like to see the Passport/enter the details online for id verification.
