1FPN and 1 PCN - Should I apply

Post by New_member » Fri Oct 04, 2013 2:14 pm

Hello,

Can someone please advse

I am due to apply for naturilisation in November 2013.

Have recieved

- one FPN Conditional Offer in August 2013 - Took a course. No points on license or any fines paid.
- one PCN in September 2013.

Should I be fine to apply as the information in guidance is not very clear with regards to PCN.

Thanks

Ignore both and apply

New_Member,

PCN is not tracked and you do not have a pattern of offending to worry about. Do not mention it anywhere and just apply.

The FPN is also not on your counterpart since you have completed the speeding awareness course or whatever.

You will succeed. Best of luck.
cheers

PS: Make sure you stay out of trouble and do not add any more until yur approval comes through.

Hello VR,

Thanks for your reply.

Also

Should

1- Conditonal FPN
2- PCN

be declared in the Naturilisation Application.

Thankyou

Neither need be mentioned.

I've read through the Good Character FAQ and am still unsure whether PCNs should be declared. Apparently the FAQ and the guidance on UKBA website only clarify the situation with FPNs, could seasoned members please elaborate ?
thanks

I wouldn't bother declaring PCNs, PNDs are somewhat different I believe.
