Surprise Reasons For Refusal

Dear friends,

As most of you already knew my refusal reasons, and what surprise me is that:

Me and my team partner provide all the bank documents and statements, business plan and everything same. Even Bank letter is also same .what we didn't submit is the declaration letter - the money is in the UK and the policy guidance therefore doesn't ask for this so I'm not sure why they wanted this.

And when i found that my team partner score all 95 points but i haven't got single points. And coz of me , my team partner application has been refused.

Also the ECO comments in my refusal letter says: Points Awarded As Claimed but they haven't give me a point.

And all the general grounds for refusal is not correct. They figure out the date wrong/ amount wrong/ interview answers wrong/

Any idea gyes. I am going for AR but don't know the outcome. Help need to sort it out ....
