Form MN1, question 1.1

Post by imdabs » Fri Oct 04, 2013 7:22 pm

Hi All,

Sorry, if i sound thick.. i tried to search but could not find answers, so would be great if someone can help me.

I recently naturalised as a british Citizen and my partner is on ILR.. now i wanted to register my abroad born 6 year old kid as citizen. which i believe should be possible as discretion.

but while filling the form i cant understand what to put under 1.1, as chapter 2 doesnot says anything about which section of the British Nationality Act 1981 applies in this case..

1.1 Please indicate the section of the British Nationality Act 1981 under which you would like the application considered. See Chapter 2 of the guide for details.

so if someone can guide me towards some link or give idea what to fill there would be great help...
thanks in advance..

The FAQ is always a good place to check unanswered questions.

See Q1 in Citizenship FAQs - Common Questions - Read before posting - children.
