Requirements for ILR Dependants - Spouse and Child

Requirements for ILR Dependants - Spouse and Child

I am planning to apply my ILR in Nov 2014. Currently I am in Tier1 [General] and where my child and spouse are in Tier1[General] Dependants.

What are requirements for my dependants to apply ILR

1 . Spouse - Whether it's mandate to be together for last 2 years as certain period she's back home.

2. Child - My child is born in UK only. What's the requirement for the child. Is it same as spouse or First I get ILR and apply citizenship for the child directly.
