Passport expiring

Hello every body , I am applying under 50K. Almost ready to apply but realised that my spouse passport is expiring on 23 dec. Shall I renew it 1st or can I apply coz it is still valid. Please guru's do help me out . Thanks

You can apply now. There will not be any issues as the leave is granted in the form of a BRP.

@ usmanfarrukh, if you still have time then renew your passport as passport renewal shouldn't take ages to sort out.

My own country process passport renewal within few days, so its better you give the renewal a trial at your embassy rather than submitting with passport that is expiring soon.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.
