This is my time line
1. I came into UK in Dec 2004 on visit visa
2. Since then I have been living as on over stayer.
3. In March 2012 I was caught by UKBA and got release on human rights basis.
4. since then i have been going to do the signatures in immigration office
5. So overall I have spent here 8 years and 10 months .
I really dont want to go back to my country because i have made a peaceful life here in UK and i like being here.
Would you please let me know if there is anyway i can stay here and become legal ?
I appreciate you help in this regards.
Regards.

You need to give us more information about your timeline, current status and why you won't be able to go back to your home country.

Being 'mentally satisfied' won't be grounds for remaining in the UK. Are you in a relationship and do you have children here?

It will be difficult to register without ID.
Others alternatives you might want to think about;
1. Go back to your home country and get married there and apply for Spouse visa to come to UK. (your wife will need to meet financial requirements)
2.Use Surinder Singh route; Move to Poland for 6 months make Poland centre of your life and then come back to UK. More info about this here:-

Is your Polish lady living in UK. If she is she could possibly exercise treaty rights to have partner with her. Would need to be married or prove durable relationship. That you are overstayer would not matter. Apply for EEA2
I am not a forum GURU, I am often wrong
Dont take any notice of anything I post, I'm getting old and havn't the foggiest what I'm talking about.
