Hi my friend has been here for 7 years they applied for asylum but they were refused instead they were given discretionary leave to remain for 3 years they are due to renewal next year. The question is do they qualify ILR or they will apply for extension
Who shall separate me from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? or even VISA REFUSAL?

I think they should apply for extensions.
