Help regards applying citizenship

Hello every one I wonder if some one could help me
I hold PR was granted December 2012 on basis of EU spouse
Now she is British citizen and we been married and living together 7 years
My question is can I apply for citizenship this month and I have police caution 2 years 8 months ago I wonder if that effects my application.

Yes, caution issued 2 years and 8 months ago will certainly will have effect on your application.

Your application will be refused and you will loose your application fees, and there will be no redress to the refusal.

You must wait full 3 years from the date caution was issued. Even after 3 years you must declare your caution, but this will not have negative effect on your application.
