Accountant registration documentation?

Hi,

It states that evidence of registration of the accountant must be provided. I'd like to check what type of documentation you have provided e.g. registration number or other documents and if these were original documents or copies? I don't think my accountant would send me the original documents.

Just the reg number is fine. I would think they have access to a database through which, they verify the registration.
