Copy of Passport

Hi,
I'm little be confuse about the copy of passport!
Do I have to copy all the passport pages even empty ones or the ones with my details and my PR(I'm non EEA citizen with permanent resident)

may be not a problem but good to copy; don't need to certify blank pages LOL

just copy all the pages

Thank you for your prompt response,what about the old visa (I have 3)do I have to certify them!?
do I have to certify sponsorship declaration as well ?
