EU citizen leaving UK prior to his NON-EU Spouse (with visa)

Dear reader,

I'm EU citizen and with my non-eu spouse we applied
for family permit to get clearance to UK and we suceeded.
His visa is valid for 6 months and we're planing to
go to UK together. My spouse wants to stay a bit longer
(few days more) but much before end of the visa period.
Is he allowed to exit country alone or he has to exit
it with me only?

You should have no problem at all.

In fact, on leaving the UK there are no passport checks at all (at least I did not encounter one in the last 15 years).
