Could you please guide me to the form and/or provide information on how a non eu living in the UK on permanent residency could bring non-eu spouse to the uk to live with them?

Marriage took place a year ago in the non-eu country
Permanent residence recently received.

However, in June of this year you wrote that you were separated from your EU Spouse but not divorced. In this thread you now write that you have been married for a year to a non-EU spouse. Which is correct?
