English language ability

Post by tabletop » Tue Oct 08, 2013 7:25 pm

I am applying for ILR as a dependent along with my wife who is applying for ILR (5 year work permit).

I have given my IELTS (achieved 8 points) in 2009 and also have my BA degree (India) approved by NARAC and is comparable to degree from the UK. I have also passed the life in UK test.

Is it enough to prove English language ability?

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Kind Regards.
