Naturalisation - NCS - Doubts

Hi all,

I will be applying for naturalization through NCS but I want to make sure I am submitting right documents. I am applying 3 year residence route. I need your advise regarding the below issues.

-> I have renewed my Indian passport in UK in March 2011 as my original passport expired. Unfortunately, I lost this renewed passport in January 2013 which I reported to the local police and got a letter from them confirming the report of loss. I managed to get replacement passport in March 2013.

-> I can't find the P60 for 2010-11, so phoned HMRC who sent me letter of Employment history from October 2009.

-> My P60 (2011-12) shows previous address as my employer failed to update my address. This I have explained to case worker when applied for ILR last month.

Below are the documents I am submitting:
1) Application Form
2) Marriage Certificate
3) Police Letter
4) Life in the UK letter
5) Employment History letter
6) P60 - 2012
7) P60 -2013
