Post by srsatya » Tue Oct 08, 2013 9:59 pm

Hi All,

First I would like to thank this forum for doing great service. I got ILR last year and I am applying ILR for my wife this year, as she completed two year stay in UK (She came to UK on Feb 2011). Her appointment is booked on 14th this month. I got some last min, questions on documents which she need to produce, below is the check list, please let me know if I am missing anything and let me know if any extra or unnecessary documents.

Appointment letter.
Payment receipt.
Application form.
Passport.
Two photos of her and one mine.
Cohab docs (4 document on her name plus 2 document have both of our name on it and, 4 documents on my name all have common address)
Dependent's life in UK test result.
Dependent's UK NARIC.
Our Marriage Certificate.
My 12 months bank statements.
My 12 months pay slips.
My latest P45 and P60.
My limited company bank statements for the last 6 months.
My limited company invoice for last 6 months.
My statement of earnings for last 6 months from accountant.
My saving bank statement for last 6 months.

She is 50% share holder in our limited company, do I need to show her earning also ?.
