The link you provided has no info regarding the process of upgrading your application to premium as the link I provided suggests.

The link you provided in your 1st post is actually written in marketing/advertising oriented way by the relevant solicitors by comparing the speedy output of in person applications than postal applications because usually representatives always keep in reserve some appointments for its client. It totally not give sense or exist that postal application is convertible to in person application.
