my wife has got an interview for tier 1dependent in mumbai tommorow ..and she had been to Uk as a student and studied in UK for 2 years..and now she is living in india since 16 months ..
in the interview if she calles for an enterpertor ..can the visa officer refuse her visa as she is not comfortable in english,,,as she had lived in Uk as a student for 2 years ..and still not comfortable in english can this go against her..plz help

Do you mean interview in the sense that she has already applied and has now, exceptionally, been called for a personal interview to clear up some doubts; or do you mean that she is merely attending the VAC to submit her application?
