eea family permit - PLEASE HELP

Post by aisha23 » Wed Oct 09, 2013 12:51 pm

Hi everyone,

Please help me, I am so much confused, daily I read lot of forums to make sure my husband can come asap, but still i have questions in my mind.
I am hungarian and my husband is pakistani. In 2011 I reverted to Islam with a help of a pakistani girl in Spain while i was there for a week of holiday..she helped me to learn more about islam and teach me a lot.so after becoming so good friends she invited me to spain to live with them and work with her family. I went there and earned money and finally my wish came true to visit pakistan(october 2012).She told me i can stay in her sister house who has 3 kids (2boys and 1 girl who study in england) so i went there and stayed with them and had good understanding with her sister`s older son. As we are muslims we do not do dating so decided to get married after getting permission from our parents.it was in november, 2012.we had our nikkah on 16 of november where unfortunately my parents where not there cuz of financial problems but watched on skype..

then i extended my visa to stay in pakistan. on 18 april my flight ticket expired so I came to europe. from that time we didnt met with my husband .

on 15 June i came to england and stay with my husband`s sister and her family (her husband and their little baby) .

For a while, i was just searching for job finally on 2 of September,2013
I got a job in an office as admin assistant but just part time (25 hours in a week)
when i get my third payslip on 29 november i wanna send him all documents and want him to apply for EEA FP.
my question is that is it okay if i earn only 550 pounds in a month and same time my sister-in-law provide us to live in the house what she rent for free?definitely she will give us a letter about it but they can not refuse cuz my less pay?
my husband only have 2 lakh (1500pounds approx.) in his bank what he got as a gift from parents as he is a student in pakistan and when he apply that time i also will have that much money as i dont need to spend on rent and food.

do we need more? or its enough?
and do we need a survey report that the flat is 2 bedroom flat or the tenancy agreement is enough?

i am very sorry for the long message and i really appreciate the answers.i am really fed up of waiting and we really suffer without each other.
Thanks a lot

regards

Aisha

for applying EEA FP all you need to provide is

1 the EEA national's original passport or identity card, or if this cannot be provided (for example, because the EEA national is already in the UK) a copy of the EEA national's passport or identity card, endorsed by the EEA national's embassy in the country in which they are resident or present at the time of application; and
2 proof of your relationship to the EEA national (for example, your birth certificate or marriage certificate); and
3 a letter from the EEA national, declaring that you are travelling with them or are joining them in the UK.
here is link from ukba you can study and reasearch
