Can Tier 4 dependent work as a limited company contractor?

Hi Friends,

I am an Indian. I am currently in UK on PSW visa (will expire in February, 2014). I am working as an IT professional and as a limited company contractor (i.e. I have opened my own limited company and contracting).
My wife (who is my dependent now) is planning to study (Post graduate or PhD) with Tier 4 visa.
I have following queries for which I am screaming to get answer. Your answers will be highly appreciated.

1:> Can my wife switch to Tier 4 visa in UK after she gets CAS from an university or she requires to go back to India and apply?

2:> I will be her dependent once she will have Tier 4 visa. What will be the name of my visa? Can I apply from here (UK) for switching my visa from current PSW to dependent of Tier 4 or I need to go back to India and apply?
3:> Can I continue to work as a limited company contractor?

In regard to your questions, yes your wife can switch into Tier 4 and she doesn't have to go back.

Yes you can apply dependent visa but you have to go back to india.
