I am currently in the process of applying for an eea family permit to return to the uk with my wife.
She is british, living and working in Spain, i am a Pakistani national with spanish residencia.
My question is this, my wife's job is tutoring just a few hours a week, and she only receives *on paper* a minimal salary of 100 euros a month. The school also pay her another 50 euros in the hand. She has a couple of private students which she doesnt declare as it only brings in another 250 euros a month.
She also receives 300 euros maintanance for her daughter from a previous marriage.
We have no savings and since work here is difficult we decided to try back in the UK.
My worry is prooving financial dependency. We cant really show that we have any money coming and going cos its mainly cash in hand.
The one thing she does have is a vida laboral which shows she has worked consistently in the last 10 yrs in Spain.
Will they approve the permit with such little economic activity? Plus if we return to the UK once we have sold everything we'll probably have about 3.000euros.
Any advice appreciated.
