Change from dependent to main applicant on Tier1 general

My husband is on Tier1 general and I am dependent on him. Both of us are working. My husband wants to pursue higher studies in UK. Is it possible for me to swtich to Tier 1 general visa?

No. You are not eligible for Tier 1 (General) under your circumstances.

Moreover, he should pursue his studies after being granted ILR.
