New Immigration Bill- £200 NHS Levy

Post by talkhome » Wed Oct 09, 2013 11:06 pm

Hello Every one,

I am here in the UK since 2005. I have recently got an extension on PhD course for next 6 years.

My Question is:

Does anybody have an idea whether every single student has to pay £200 for NHS treatment per year or it only applies to those students who are going to apply for a Tier 4 Visa after the rules will be applied?

So people who already have tier 4; Will HO exempt them till their next extension or do I have to go back to UKBA to pay this?

Can you provide the source where you read that the students will pay yearly to NHS.

At the moment its just proposal/consultation and until its bill will not approve in parliament, one should continue to follow the existing tier 4 form and policy guideline.
