Tier 4 switch in to student dependent

Hi i need help please assist me.I am tier 4 student and in uk.And planning to apply visa for my wife as a tier4 student but she is in pakistan.My confusion once she get here in as a tier4 student in MBA course.Can i switch from uk in to Tier4 as a dependent of my wife and will they allow me work.Thanx
