Tier2 DependentVisa-Filling Refusal section-Application Form

Post by sdesaraju » Thu Oct 10, 2013 8:07 am

Hi,

I am filling a Tier 2 Dependent Visa Application for my spouse. Her visa got refused before due to insufficient maintainence funds.

While filling the application form, there is a question on refusal application 'WHERE WERE YOU REFUSED?' I am abit confused on what needs to be answered for this question.

Can anyone please help. This is a bit urgent. Thanks in advance!!

It is a simple yes or no question. The answer is yes, then give the details.

Hi Lucapooka,

Do we need to mention "Yes-During Application Processing Stage" - something like that ?

Or you could follow the instructions rather than ignore them, as you seem to be doing.

If yes, please provide the details below
