Help..got refusal today..200k

Funds - 124k - Barclays uk
40 k - canara bank India
43k - bank of india.

Reason for refusal is below.
statemen from bank of india does not mention that it is regulated by RBI therefore no point given out of 25 points.

No interview, no call.
What is the best option now to go for AR or re-apply??
As if re-apply than do i get another chance of AR after re-apply??

sorry about the refusal. where did you apply from?
Did barclays bank in write any letter to say that it was fsa regulated?

Barclays do write on their statement as a footnote that it is regulated.
I applied from INDIA but the queestion was about BOI as they said they do not give such a letter.

I am on a student dependent visa and expiring 30/04/14.

I am in india now and just got refusal today for T1E.

if I decided to go back to uk in december or january than will there be a problem entering on my dependent visa??
As it will be around 3 to 4 months left that time.

Explain BOI the whole situation and keep the policy guidelines print out. Better presenting skills would make them understand about the letter.

Question is, if I go for AR and supply the Bank of India letter saying that I ask them to write RBI regulated in letter and they did refuse to write it. Will that answer the refusal question??
And If that is not regulated by RBI than how come I got 25 points for funds and 25 point for money transferable to uk.
