Confuses about existing visa..

Hello
I am on a student dependent visa and expiring 30/04/14.

I am in india now and just got refusal today for T1E.

if I decided to go back to uk in december or january than will there be a problem entering on my dependent visa??
As it will be around 3 to 4 months left that time.

If the conditions have not changed, you should have no problem.
